BetaPoly is a virtual prediction markets platform built for educational and entertainment purposes. BetaPoly provides a simulated trading experience using a virtual currency called "BetaPoints (BP)." Each user begins with a starting balance of 10,000 BP. All trading activity on BetaPoly is entirely virtual and carries no monetary value whatsoever.

BetaPoints cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, redeemed, or converted into real money, cryptocurrency, tokens, or any other form of value. Virtual positions, balances, and trade history are stored locally in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data.

BetaPoly does not facilitate, broker, or enable real-money trading, gambling, or wagering of any kind. Nothing on this platform constitutes a financial product, investment vehicle, or regulated activity.

Market data displayed on BetaPoly is sourced from Polymarket's publicly available APIs. This includes event information, market prices, price history, order book data, and user comments. BetaPoly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Polymarket in any way.

While we strive to present accurate and timely data, BetaPoly makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data displayed. Data may be delayed, cached, or temporarily unavailable. Users should not rely on BetaPoly data for any financial decision-making.

When using BetaPoly, you agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access-control features of the platform.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform in a manner that places undue load on our infrastructure or on upstream data providers.
• Misrepresent BetaPoly as a real-money trading platform or use it to promote real-money gambling.
